    To insert a shape in MS Word click on insert menu and then click on shapes.

    The list of shapes display and then select a shape and drag the mouse where you want to insert the shape.

    When the shape is inserted the resize points are used to resize the shape.

    Rotate point is used to rotate the shape

    A new menu displays under the drawing tools tab. These settings may be used to change different settings
    of the shape.

    To insert another shape just select a shape in insert Shapes and then drag the mouse to draw the shape.

    The shape option is used to edit a shape completely to exact points. just click on edit shape and select
    change shape to change the shape or click edit points to change the shape completely to a custom shape.

    Then the edit points are used to reshape the object.

    To create some new points just double click any point on border of the shape and drag.

    To change the style of a shape select a new style from the shape styles

    The shape fill tool is used to fill the shape with a color, picture or texture.

    The shape outline tool is used to change the border weight, color and style of the shape.

    To apply different shading or 3D effects on a shape just click on shape effects and select an effect.
